Please provide the artwork in vector format (.ai/.eps/.cdr and some .pdf) with all fonts converted to outlines. Lines must be at least 1pt thick to ensure print quality. If you’re not sure if your art is in a vector, send it to us and we’ll let you know. If you do not have artwork or if your artwork is not in vector format, we provide one hour free artwork services with each new order. Further artwork will be billed at $50 per hour. If you want to receive an estimate for us to create your artwork; please email us with the details of your print requirements.

Full-colour process printing

For full-colour process print, the image needs to be at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch) at the final print size. Acceptable format files include .png/.tif/.eps/.psd.

Colour Matching

Do you require colour matching? If so, we use the Wilflex Pantone matching system to ensure accurate colour-matching. Please specify the pantone number on your order using the Pantone Solid Coated system. A pantone match charge will apply. If you do not require an exact pantone match, you can select a colour from our stock ink chart.

Recommended Print Size

For left chest, we suggest 3-4”wide depending on the design.

For full front or back designs, 10-11” wide is a good size to fit a wide range of shirt sizes. Note that for hoodies, full front design size is constrained by the hoodie pocket and for back imprint, the hood. On most brands, 9” high should fit on adult hoodies and approximately 6” high for youth hoodies.

Sleeve prints can be a max width of 3.5”.

Art Proof

We require proofs for all print orders. You can provide one to us when submitting your order or we will create a proof for you. An art charge will apply for proofs.

Embroidery

In order to embroider your logo on apparel, we will require your it a digitize file format, which is typically a .dst. If you do not have a digitized file for your logo, we can create it for you but there will be an artwork fee for this service. This fee will depending on the size and complexity of your logo/design. Embroidery files can be created from vector art or a high-quality raster image (jpeg/tif).

Our first step when we receive a client provided embroidery file is to run a sew-out to ensure that the file runs well. If we foresee any issues, we’ll let you know prior to starting your order.

We use isaccord threads. We keep a wide variety of colours in stock. The list of isaccord colours we have available is here.
